Intent:
To develop a capability that will allow for more effective and efficient flow of information and intelligence including posting, dissemination and access. The basic premise would be a singular, albeit decentralized, repository of intelligence data (tagged links) that could be utilized in a variety of ways.
following ways:
Search results could be accessed in a number of ways
User would set up a free account based on email address / be invited to set up a free account
This warrants him the right to post curated content to the K-Wall (does someone vet the content)
All posted content is tagged to the user
User can readily access his own posted content
User can also bookmark other Users’ content
Browsers can simply search and bookmark the content at any time.

- a place to store all intelligence from any variety of sources:
- online videos
- online articles
- online PDFs and other downloads
- Tagged or Indexed Links ensures easier accessibility in a search.
- Website owners would have the ability to display the full wall or segments based on specified search criteria
- Drudge Report / Freedom Search Engine / Personal Bookmarks
