Intent: To help support the implementation of the UNITY Plan, in particular to support the various Lines of Effort and the Strategic Action Committee (SAC) as well as other initiatives of the Freedom Movement at Large (FML) by undertaking to establish a fundraising capability designed to both fundraise directly as well as to support the fundraising efforts of FML Groups and Networks through instruction, tool kits and other resources as appropriate thereby increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the FML at raising and distributing funds.

Courses of Action:

• establish a direct fundraising capability (ala United Way?)
  • accounting considerations (processing, distribution, recording, etc.)
  • marketing considerations (materials, prospects, reps, etc.)
• develop a fundraising tool kit for FML Groups and Networks
  • instructions
  • materials
  • volunteers
  • etc
• help expidite the acquistion of supporting technology and resources (online donations, etc) in conjunction with Operations
• develop and implement a self-sustainability business model
  • commissions, fees, etc
