APEX - Adaptive Planning & EXecution Protocol
The approach we are taking is called the adaptive planning and execution protocol, or APEX. Borrowed from military planning, it is designed to make it easier for organizations to document
"No plan survives contact with the enemy."
APEX follows a process whereby a plan is developed, implemented, results monitored, plan is adjusted, implementation is revised - rinse and repeat. The Planning Cycle.
It is iterative and responsive to changes on the ground always with a clear idea of what it is that we are trying to achieve.
- what they are trying to achieve
- how they intend to achieve it
- what is needed for implementation
- what is happening next
- current conditions including implementation results.
